Sixpack design studio ("we", "us", "our"), registered at Hrizantema 8d, 11000 Belgrade, Serbia, PIB: 105368192, operates the SEO Rankora platform ("Service") at https://seorankora.com.

Payment Information: Payments are processed by Paddle. We do not store credit card numbers or payment details — these are handled entirely by Paddle (our payment processor) in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.

Technical Data: We collect IP addresses, browser type, and device information for security and fraud prevention.

Cookies: We use session cookies required for authentication. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

• Provide and operate the Service
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Send transactional emails (email verification, password reset, invoices)
• Prevent fraud and abuse
• Improve and develop new features
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

3. AI Processing

When you use AI-powered features, the content you provide (page titles, descriptions, image descriptions, etc.) is sent to the Anthropic Claude API for processing. Anthropic processes this data according to their privacy policy at anthropic.com/privacy. We do not send personally identifying information to the AI API.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Analysis history and generated content is retained for 12 months. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by emailing support@sixpack.rs.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, hashed passwords (bcrypt), CSRF protection, and rate limiting. However, no system is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Union or Serbia, you have the following rights under GDPR:

• Right of Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Right to Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Right to Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten").
• Right to Portability: Receive your data in a machine-readable format.
• Right to Object: Object to processing of your data for specific purposes.
• Right to Withdraw Consent: Where processing is based on consent.
