This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on SEO Rankora (https://seorankora.com), operated by Sixpack design studio, Hrizantema 8d, 11000 Belgrade, Serbia, PIB: 105368192.
We offer a full refund on Pro subscription charges within 7 days of the initial purchase if you are not satisfied with the Service.
Eligible for refund: New Pro subscription purchases within 7 days of the initial charge, if you have not extensively used the paid features (more than 20 analyses or 20 AI generations).
Not eligible for refund:
To request a refund, email support@sixpack.rs with your account email and order reference within 7 days of purchase. Include "Refund Request" in the subject line.
AI Credit Packs and Analysis Packs are non-refundable once purchased, as these are digital goods that are consumed upon use.
Exception: If credits were purchased due to a technical error on our side (e.g., you were charged but received no credits), we will issue a full refund or credit. Report such issues within 14 days of purchase.
Cancelling your subscription stops future charges. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund — refunds must be separately requested within the 7-day window.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
Refunds are processed through Paddle (our payment provider). You may receive a confirmation email from Paddle when the refund is issued.
In the event of extended Service unavailability (more than 24 hours continuous downtime attributable to our infrastructure), affected Pro subscribers may be eligible for a prorated credit on their next billing cycle. This does not apply to planned maintenance announced in advance.
