Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SEO Rankora platform ("Service"), operated by Sixpack design studio, registered at Hrizantema 8d, 11000 Belgrade, Serbia, PIB: 105368192.

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm you are 16 or older and capable of entering into a binding agreement.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at support@sixpack.rs if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Service Plans & Billing

Free Plan: Available at no cost with limits specified on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to modify free plan limits with 30 days' notice.

Pro Subscription: Billed monthly or annually via Paddle. Subscriptions auto-renew. You may cancel at any time from your account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Pay-Per-Use Credits: Purchased credits are non-refundable (unless within 7 days and unused). Credits do not expire.

All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes may be added depending on your location.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for illegal purposes or to violate any laws
• Analyze URLs of websites you do not own or have permission to analyze
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls
• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Service
• Use automated scripts to abuse the Service
• Submit malicious URLs or attempt to exploit the service infrastructure
• Generate content that infringes on third-party intellectual property

5. AI-Generated Content

The AI features generate content based on your inputs. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing. We do not guarantee accuracy, originality, or SEO effectiveness of AI-generated content. You own the content you generate, subject to Anthropic's usage policies.

6. Intellectual Property

SEO Rankora and all associated software, designs, and branding are owned by Sixpack design studio. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You retain ownership of the URLs and content you analyze or generate.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SEARCH ENGINE RANKINGS, SPECIFIC SEO OUTCOMES, OR UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE AVAILABILITY. SEO RESULTS DEPEND ON MANY FACTORS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIXPACK DESIGN STUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends and your data may be deleted after 30 days.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgrade, Serbia.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification with 14 days' notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
